Japanese Style Green Tea
Do you drink tea everyday? You may know tea is good for health. But, do you know why? Green tea, black tea, and other teas are all manufacturered in same way but change to different tea. Especially, green tea contains the most catechin among teas. To take required catechin, you need to drink 5 cup of teas after the meal and snacks. Alternatively, you can mix tea leaves with normal meals. Green tea has the following preventive effects:
- Influenza
- Foul breath
- Dental plaque
These effects are started to known by other countries and recently opened green tea specialized cafeteria. One important thing to note is about taste of green tea. Normally, you buy green tea at your local stores are not Japanese style green tea and taste is also quite different. There is an easy way to check for this. If the tea color is yellow, then it is not Japanese style green tea. Japanese one should have green color like the following.
Kanten (Agar-Agar) is ideal for people who do dieting
Recently, I am hooked into kanten or agar-agar dieting since my weight increased last few months. Why kanten? Well, my friend tolds me that kanten contains the most dietary fiber among all foods and this dietary fiber helps to reduce fat. I do not know exactly how it works so I am going to check it out and write in this blog later.
Currently, I am asking my friend to export kanten since it is hard to find here. The following shop I found has not opened yet but may help to purchase kanten easily in the future.
